Hi, glad you’re here! I’m Karen Reed, a Certified Health and Well-Being Coach through Duke Health and a dedicated wellness professional passionate about empowering women 50+ to achieve their health goals.
My practice has two core focuses: first, helping you gain clarity through body composition analysis and precision nutrition coaching, bringing data and simplicity to building a strong, fit body. Second, as a holistic health and well-being coach, I partner with you to overcome barriers, build confidence, and successfully follow through on the health recommendations and lifestyle changes needed to thrive.
My mission is to help you not only add years to your life, but life to your years — building the strength, confidence, and vitality needed for every chapter ahead. I believe that true wellness extends beyond fitness, encompassing balance in both mind and body. By fostering a supportive, non-judgmental environment, I’ll encourage you to embrace your unique journey and make sustainable changes that last.
I don’t just coach health — I live it. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve completed more than ten IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons with multiple podium finishes and continue to train for IRONMAN and HYROX competitions. I understand what it takes to balance health with the demands of a full career, raising teenagers, and living a busy family life. This combination of professional training, personal discipline, and real-world experience makes me both relatable and effective as a partner in your health journey.
