Most clients begin with a structured program that lasts around two to three months and often continue beyond that as they build momentum and lasting change. Pricing is determined after I have a better understanding of what you’re looking to solve and how much time and support will be needed to help you reach your goal. In some cases, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA to pay for health coaching. To do this, you will need to check with your plan provider, and in most cases obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider.
